Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive the growth of Huddle. In this position, you will identify and pursue new customer opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and demonstrate how Huddle can become an essential partner in their growth journey. This is a unique role for someone who loves talking with startup founders and CEOs, and wants to help us build a large network of C-level executives who rely on Huddle as a trusted partner.
You should be someone who isn’t afraid to send cold emails, pick up the phone, build relationships, and explore other avenues to build a network such as joining Slack groups, LinkedIn marketing, building relationships with startup ecosystems, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their go-to-market needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they view Huddle as a mission-critical partner.
- Present Huddle’s full-stack GTM offerings, including strategic planning, expert networks, and actionable templates.
- Develop customized proposals that highlight the benefits of our services and align with clients' objectives.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS, consulting, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and client challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
