Overview:
The Sales Operations Sr. Analyst is focused on supporting the optimization and utilization of the sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). In partnership with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology, this role will support issue resolution, project work, enhancement requests, and CRM data and field health for EBS. In addition, this team is responsible for RFP qualification and initial data set up within CRM tool.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$56,000.00 - $103,000.00

Overview:
The Sales Operations Sr. Analyst is focused on supporting the optimization and utilization of the sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). In partnership with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology, this role will support issue resolution, project work, enhancement requests, and CRM data and field health for EBS. In addition, this team is responsible for RFP qualification and initial data set up within CRM tool.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary contact for development, modification, distribution, and storage of sales enablement reports.
- Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy of field usage and output.
- Execute internal reporting requests from EBS leaders and teams.
- Maintain data integrity within CRM tool, contact information, account and opportunity field management, etc.
- Execute initial qualification and set up of incoming RFPs for new sales, cross-sales, and renewals across product lines.
- Communication with internal stakeholders and external channel partners, Ochs, etc.
- Perform pre-sale marketing support via Salesforce data collection and distribution.
- Onboard new hires and train existing associates on EBS's instance of sales enablement tools, enhancements, and expectations.
- Develop and standardize onboarding and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies.
- Successful track record of supporting client and channel partner relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable providing internal training and collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Strong organization, time management and planning skills to manage multiple priorities, meet established deadlines, work under pressure, and manage diverse requests.
- Ability to handle cyclical work volumes with pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable analyzing data across sources and sharing insights.
- Robust relationship building skills to effectively collaborate and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years previous experience in group benefits role that aligns with responsibilities for this position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with sales enablement processes and technology.

- Ability to utilize the keyboard, computer, and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Ability to utilize the phone and/or virtual meeting platform for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of traveling - approximately 10% of the time; this includes the ability to operate a motor vehicle as well as an ability to utilize air travel.
