About the Job
Overview:
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s pricing and promotions to Alliance Laundry Systems customers. The position reports directly to the Director of Finance – North America.
Responsibilities:- Maintains pricing and promotion files
- Administers and tracks price allowances, commercial national promotions, home retail promotions, and international matrix discounts
- Administers credits to customers for rebate type discounts
- Audits invoice pricing & allowances
- Assists with maintaining price sheets
- Assists with system pricing adjustments
- Ad hoc requests & projects
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
- 1-3 years of experience working in a financial, sales or administration environment
- Proficiency with data entry, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access)
- Experience with SAP, preferred

- Good analytical skills.
