About the Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the imaging sales team, focusing on our MAPS (Managed and Automated Printer Services) business and customer retention efforts. This position involves coordinating and implementing MAPS contracts, managing large equipment deployments, and creating content for partnership reviews. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and key customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and effective process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
MAPS Program:
- Lead the implementation of MAPS contracts, working with both Cobb and customer teams to ensure detailed project planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel project management spreadsheets.
- Coordinate scheduling, preprogramming, and logistics for new device delivery and installation.
- Manage contract documentation, submitting and updating worksheets to Distribution Management (DM) as needed.
- Provide regular updates to HP and act as an escalation resource for customer satisfaction concerns related to MAPS contracts.
Large Account Project Deployment:
- Plan and lead pre-install meetings with Sales, Warehouse, Connect, and Service departments.
- Create task timelines, assign roles, and maintain a master deployment spreadsheet.
- Organize and lead post-deployment recap meetings as necessary.
Customer Retention & Sales Support:
- Prepare customer-facing templates and presentations for critical accounts.
- Review service reports for key accounts, escalating issues as needed.
- Organize corporate customer visits and on-site sales meetings, coordinating meeting space, food, beverages, and more.
Lead Processing:
- Respond immediately to inbound leads, calling and qualifying new prospects from HubSpot.
- Track and distribute leads from various sources to ensure they're handled efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service: Skilled at providing outstanding customer service and navigating logistical challenges with ease.
- Multitasking: Organized and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
