Compensation Base Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, training, and support needed to enhance productivity and effectiveness. This role collaborates cross-functionally to develop strategies that drive sales success and align with company objectives. The Sales Operations Manager will be essential in shaping REP's sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both the team and REP's customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and processes that support sales goals and align with REP's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and manage content that facilitates the sales process.
- Train and coach sales representatives to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales tools and platforms, making recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with product and operations teams to align on new product launches and training.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members to ensure a quick start to productivity.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigns, trains, schedules or oversees work of others.
- No direct reports to start but could manage a team in the future.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and engage teams effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
