Aimed at considerably reducing turnaround times for pathologists, our applications will help pathologists triage cancer cases, focus on areas of interest and streamline reporting as well as offering additional capabilities aimed at improving lab efficiencies.
Ibex is seeking a passionate Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence while supporting Ibex global sales organization. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate an ability to provide efficient and effective sales support in a fast-paced start-up environment, collaborating across the organization as we scale our business across both Direct and Partner enterprise sales. We are looking for someone with proven success in managing Salesforce, creating sales process within a complex sales cycle and collaborating across a global organization. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition
Support cross-functional initiatives and be responsible for our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is used effectively for tracking sales activities, managing deals, etc.
Increase sales, provide reporting and insight to key stakeholders, and generate new leads
Manage all CRM data - ensuring contact lists are up-to-date, audit consistency, setting up automation, and managing custom fields
Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, bookings, and commissions in partnership with finance team
Build and oversee the entire sales funnel and ensure proposals move smoothly through the company's sales funnel. Analyze data to improve the performance of the sales funnel by tracking conversion rates at each stage
Lead the weekly sales forecast and pipeline calls
Responsible for reporting and processing incentives. Processing, validation, eligibility management, payout calculation and validation, and reporting
Work with field team to get the data to have an accurate dashboard
Help CRO design territory plans, quotas, etc.
Continuous refinement of sales process and take ownership of field enablement program
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in large enterprise software with >$150K ACV deals
Experience in a SaaS company, with proficiency in medical devices or healthcare software – a must!
Expertise in sales analytics by leads, sales stage and sales methodology with proven experience with identifying areas to define, course correct and improve processes for scale – a must!
Knows how to build the right dashboards in SFDC or Hubspot
Wizard with excel and knows how to extract insights from data
Comfortable challenging sales reps and having constructive debates
Proven ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent strategic, project planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and self-directed
Data driven, detail-oriented, ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous responsibilities
Proven success working across stakeholder teams to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization
Highly effective interpersonal skills; excels at relationship building, collaboration, and inspiring teams
