You will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer in driving the strategy and operations of the sales organization, and gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that makes the engine of this Sales organization hum
As a Manager/Director on the team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the sales organization.You will be required to be working from our office headquartered in Palo Alto, CA at least 2 days a week
You Will BeOwning all aspects of our CRM to ensure that it is accurate, easy to use, and the source of truth for bookings and ARR information (and in sync with finance systems, ops tools, etc.)Responsible for enhancing and maintaining our sales compensation plans, quotas, and commission processesProviding business insights on a weekly / quarterly basis to inform business decisions, and ensure sales team effectivenessOwning the new hire onboarding process, ramp schedule, and programs to ensure new AEs get up to speed and productive quicklyBuilding a team of high performers to scale the sales operations function as needed, while also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basisWorking in our CRM, Google Sheets, and Excel on a daily basis while talking frequently with our stakeholders in sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, and more to help troubleshoot systems issues, review insights from our analyses, and build future-state processes and systemsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startupProficient in Excel, SQL and other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc. Previous Salesforce and Hubspot experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skillsFlexible and being comfortable pivoting quickly and oftenWhat We OfferAn opportunity to work on a small, multidisciplinary team with the potential to break new ground in many different industriesExcellent health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents401k planFlexible PTO policyCatered lunch in office with fully stocked snacks and beveragesCompetitive salary and options in a small, rapidly scaling company$160,000 - $210,000 a yearFor roles based in Palo Alto, CA, the overall market range for Mashgin is typically $160,000 - $210,000 USD annually
