Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, and operations teams by providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Operating in a remote, fast-paced environment, you will manage sales-focused dashboards, facilitate reporting processes, and contribute to sales forecasting and communication efforts. This position is instrumental in advancing our mission of delivering clean, affordable energy solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales-focused dashboards using PowerBI.
- Generate visually compelling reports on specified cadences for business leaders.
- Manage financial forecasts and sales projections based on available data.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate monthly and annual goals.
- Create presentations analyzing sales and marketing activities and achievements.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with managers to implement financial plans.
- Address ad hoc data reporting needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Location: Remote
Required Skills/Proficiencies:
- 2+ years of sales analysis experience.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Previous experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, especially PowerBI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation:
Expected range of $70,000-$85,000 for candidates based in Colorado, NYC, and CA; may vary in other states due to geographic differentials.
