System One has partnered with a Tulsa-based security systems company that is need of a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join their team as they expand into the Oklahoma City market. The ideal candidate will have technical experience and administrative abilities.
This position has the potential to grow into a general manager position as the company expands into the new market.
The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and managing day-to-day operations in the Oklahoma City market. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, equipment installation, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess strong leadership skills. They must have the ability to work independently and be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks. Previous experience in sales, or operations is preferred.

Job Duties:
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness
- Track and analyze metrics to measure the success of marketing initiative
- Drive sales in a new market
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and operations performance
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in sales and operations management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous technical installation experience
