Job Details
Position duties will include managing incoming sales orders, customer service, and supporting the sales team. Role will assist Sales Operations Manager in various tasks including data mining customer portals for inventory updates, product distribution status and other sales insights that can benefit the sales team. This is a hands-on role; strong organizational skills and attention to detail are extremely important for success in this role.
Experience helpful in the following areas: Data Entry, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Sales Support, Shipping/Logistics. Familiarity with international trade a plus.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Order Management
- Accurate and timely entry and updates to orders, inventory system and distribution centers.
- Work directly with customers for order tracking and adjustments as needed. Timely updates to ERP system sales orders is required. Timely processing of order fulfillment and order acknowledgement is required.
- Work directly within customer portals in securing sales orders and implementing into ERP system.
- Work closely with sales team on updates and issues as necessary.
- Coordination with customers, freight forwarders and internal shipping teams for order fulfillment.
- Must be able to work independently and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
Inventory Management
- Inventory collection from various geographic locations. Inventory review and analysis with sales forecast for timely international warehouses replenishment.
- Customer portal review of inventory and compliance with customer requirements for inventory levels.
Documentation and Compliance
- Secure necessary certificates for international trade from various government entities.
- Process required documentation for international orders. Required documentation includes federal compliance for international trade.
- Review and provide compliance with international orders for documentation obligations with internal departments.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and edit presentations slides, sales reporting to senior sales staff.
- Must have ability to track status and update on open tasks.
- Work directly with ERP system and generate reports for distribution to senior sales staff.
