About the Role

Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our company systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot)
- Conduct internet research and data collection to assist the sales team and leadership in targeting top prospects.
- Keep CRM data up-to-date through various methods including, but not limited to: matching CRM data to competitor or prospect lists utilizing Microsoft Excel, manual data entry, and data imports.
- Monitor several ongoing reports to identify and update data discrepancies in CRM.
- Generate reports and dashboards to accomplish various tasks including, but not limited to: tracking sales performance metrics, auditing CRM data, and creating targeted sales and marketing lists.
- Conduct various data manipulation tasks and analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure all leads are tagged and assigned to the appropriate Sales individual
- Manage the company Events Calendar in Salesforce and Google Calendar. Ensure all events are added and maintained accordingly.
- Assist the sales team with quote creation using Salesforce CPQ.
- Review and send new and amendment sales agreements through Docusign.
- Process all signed Docusign agreements in CRM to ensure proper data capture and efficient onboarding.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and general support to the Sales Team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc). Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
