Summary:
The main function of this sales operations analyst role is to coordinate the execution of our commercial incentives by handling the data entry and processing requirements to meet Meta's obligations to our partners while identifying means to improve overall efficiency in execution over time.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage the expense validation and data entry requirements to support investment levers across strategic global programs.
+ Provide frequent reporting to leadership to support our Finance and Programs teams.
+ Leverage Salesforce as a CRM to document and process all work.
+ Generate and process new marketing expense templates for offline partners where needed.
+ Support the marketing and engineering teams in developing MVP solutions to further automate processing internal processes.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• 0-2 yrs Salesforce, Intermediate Excel, any Data Analyst/Entry background

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or relevant field required.
