About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting the Corporate Legal, Large Law, and Federal Government segments. The ideal candidate will excel in reporting and analysis, compensation design, goaling, and territory design, while also demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities :
+ Support key metrics tracking for the sales & services organization
+ Deliver on key initiatives including goaling, variable compensation, territory design and sales metrics
+ Develop & maintain sales resources, as needed (Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint sites, contract management, pricing lists)
+ Provide sales team tracking & reporting as required
+ Ensure data integrity & quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data
+ Oversee relevant processes related to sales requests, including management of customer entitlements, firm changes, credit management, etc.
+ Assess ongoing process, workflow & systems for opportunities for improvement
+ Collaborate with sales & service teams to continually improve processes & procedures to improve efficiency
+ Develop & maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Operations, VC, IT, HR) to facilitate effective collaboration & execution of organizational objectives
+ Document relevant operations process workflow
Requirements :
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ Great interpersonal & communication skills
+ Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications
+ High level of attention to detail
+ Excellent organizational & time management skills
+ Demonstrates ability to work unsupervised & manage time & multiple priorities effectively
