The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to sales, sales management and cross functional teams. This role is Dallas based and expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

Requirements you should have
? 5-10 in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Deal Desk Operations - working closely with Sales team members, Sales leadership, and Finance.
? Strong communication skills - this position will require the ability to effectively communicate cross functionally with all levels of leadership.
? Ability to quickly understand business needs, consistently meet expectations and respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate.
? High-energy, self-motivated professional with a high level of detail orientation
? Extensive knowledge of technology solutions (Salesforce, CPQ solutions, reporting solutions)
? Prior experience in a high growth scaling company is a plus
? Experience working within or running a deal desk (process and deal structure knowledge) is a plus
Areas you will be impacting
For approximately the first 6 months, this role will be focused on assisting in standing up and administering the CPQ and Deal Desk process. In partnership with our existing team, this will entail:
a. Level 1 - Documenting current & future state CPQ and Deal Desk processes
b. Level 2 - Configuring and implementing a newly purchased CPQ solution - this includes integration with our CRM and digital signature solutions
c. Level 3 - Creation of Deal Desk process (approval flows, deal scoring)
d. Level 4 - Helping drive the shift to utilize Deal Desk as a strategic partner
During the evolution of the Deal Desk/CPQ processes, the candidate will also be working with the Sales team to aggregate, review and approve quotes for processing. The role will be 20% strategic and 80% execution of quotes.
Post 6 months, this role will transition. In this newly created role, you will:
? Partner closely with Sales and Sales leadership as needed including channel, sales engineering and customer support organizations
? Deeply understand current processes and proactively identify/implement opportunities for optimization to help drive productivity and scalability
? In partnership with leadership, help drive delivery and adoption of new processes & methodologies
? Work with leadership to determine the requirements for sales pipeline reporting & dashboards
? Data integrity - validation and preparation of data for closed bookings, invoicing.
? Assist with territory planning and quota setting process
? Organize and maintain documentation on Sales Portal
