- Support day-to-day commission administration process
- Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity
- Develop and track key performance indicators and evaluate performance based on sales quotas
- Responsible for creating and submitting monthly payment file to process commission payments
- Develop working relationship with key stakeholders and gain an understanding of their business unit strategies and requirements
- Manage enhancements to the incentive compensation management system
- Coordinate with developers to design and develop requirements and analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Set operational goals and MBO incentive compensation KPIs in partnership with executive management
- Research and respond to any employee inquiries on a timely basis
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures
- Analyze any operational processes and issues and offer alternative business solutions.
- Proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process
