Supports organization's analytics, working with the Enable HUB Strategic Planning team to identify and execute projects to strengthen our processes and practices across Nestlé Sales Organization. The analyst supports the Nestlé Sales Organization (NSO) by generating and driving the usage of data, tools, resources or process to support and enable business decisions. Ensure the outputs are well understood and meet the business needs to deliver results. Identify and communicate business trends, design and update scorecards and provide best in class process oversight and improvements to enable seamless flow of business operations informed decisions related to Sales performance. Responsible for implementing One Source of the Truth, One View of the Truth mindset. Partner with Sales Leaders to assist in the creation of actionable plans.
Operations Strategy :
+ Own the kickoff of Enable Hub-owned phase of Customer Segmentation, working in close partnership with the BI Analytics SMEs. Coordinate communication of final segmentation read out, actionable insights and next steps.
+ Champion current and new tools and processes to drive towards Digital Transformation and Automation; work in close collaboration with Sr. Specialist of Web Coordination on building optimization plans for key internal communication platforms such as NSO Connect, My Communication and SDBs, along with other app platforms. Provide strategic operations updates to Sales Analytics Lead on Strategic Retailer Dates dashboard compliance and tracking progress on Automation alongside Sales Analytics Lead and BI Analytics Lead.
+ Strategize, advise and provide ad hoc support with Enable Hub process or project-related change management and communications
+ Responsible for supporting Strategic Planning managers with delivery of key tasks, including but not limited to project trackers, communications of milestones or deliverables, or other duties up to the discretion of the Strategic Planning managers at that time.
+ Projects likely to include, but not limited to, ICP, List Price Increase (LPI) Execution, Long Range Planning, Industry Surveys or internal planning tools and projects.
+ Specific responsibilities will include:
+ Lead troubleshooting New Item visibility in CAP Dashboard
+ Ensuring flawless entry of new pricing (when applicable) into Price Point
+ NSO Connect workstreams to own:
+ Daily SDB posting process and evolution as needed for the business
+ Oversight of the New Item Calendar (yearly, as needed when final details are confirmed by the divisions). Responsible for kick off, delivery of clear timeline, and stakeholder management
+ NSO Org Chart Monthly Updates – strong collaboration required with Sales Admins and EA to Chief Customer Officer to update HR-approved people moves within our NSO Org Charts
+ NSO Price Point SME, responsible for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and short- or long-term improvement projects
+ Maintain holistic understanding of the operational relationship between platforms, processes, tools and resources within the Sales ecosystem, and proactively provide insights needed to improve our capabilities as an organization.
+ Enable Hub Survey – draft, align with leaders, execute and reveal insights and action plan for the semiannual survey process. Coordinate communications plan, insights generation and after action.
+ Post-event National Sales Meeting survey
+ Strategic Planning Team employee engagement and team culture point person
Key Experiences & Skills:
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis and reporting required
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills
+ Self-starter, able to produce quality work on own initiative or as part of a broader collective
+ Challenge current processes, generate innovative suggestions that improve performance
+ Data visualization via Tableau & Power BI skills highly preferred, Excel and PowerPoint skills required
+ Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
+ An assertive team player, willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
+ Effective communicator with good verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ B.S. or B.A or equivalent work experience required
Knowledge:
+ Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical and Globe & IS/IT)
+ Demonstrated knowledge of business driving technology solutions (i.e. Circana, Knowledge Nest, NesGPT, Nielsen, BW, Source) and internal/external industry insights and trends
+ Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, HR Policies, Integrated Commercial Planning, Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles)
