Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of our security guard services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate the implementation of security solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYINGIdentify and target potential clients in industries such as commercial real estate, construction, events, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Utilize various sales techniques to initiate contact and establish rapport with key decision-makers.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our capabilities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security services industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Method of payment:
- Salary with Commission. The candidate will receive a commission after the closing of the deal.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
