We have an immediate need for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will oversee all MarCom, digital marketing, retail, and eCommerce operations. This is a fulltime, direct hire position, based in Carlsbad, CA (hybrid).

Job Details
Is your background a fit?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital, or related field
* 4+ years of marketing experience with consumer-facing lifestyle products or services; strong background in retail is preferred
* Proven track record for setting and achieving brand growth goals and brand development
* Advanced skills in marketing communications design & development, digital marketing, web design/development, e-Commerce, SEO, PRand social media
* Strong understanding of customer journey and brand story telling
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
* Demonstrated experience in CRM & marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
* Extensive experience in deploying and managing website content using best UX practices on a variety of CMS and e-commerce platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
* Strong understanding of of website traffic and SEO analysis tools (Moz, HubSpot & Google Product Suite)
* Able to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels of an organization
* Self-starter and able to handle multiple projects
* Knowledge or related experience in the golf industry, is a plus!
What will you be doing?
Working directly with our sales team, this person will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through all marketing channels, continuously implement best practices, and engage new strategies.
* Develop effective campaigns for launching new products and services
* Implement, modify, maintain, and optimize the use of e-commerce and marketing technologies for demand generation
* Develop and optimize CRM database development, segmentation, maintenance, and hygiene individually and with vendor partners
* Execution of retail signage and collateral requests, print and digital advertising, e-commerce website content, sales newsletters and other sales enablement needs, marketing acquisition campaigns, loyalty and retention programs
* Ensure the consistency and quality of our brand voice across platforms and media platforms
* Collaborate with sales leaders to ideate and spearhead the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals for distribution partners
* Act as the technical POC to maintain the marketing technology stack, including troubleshooting issues, documenting, and reproducing for 3rd party support vendors
* Maintain owned and leased website properties, hosting accounts, domain registrations
* Maintain analytics tracking across multiple digital platforms, implementing tracking pixels, generating reports and providing critical analysis of findings to continuously improve organic and paid marketing outcomes
* Manage the workflow of content, including all creative requests, to ensure materials
* Continuously improve marketing activities that integrate retail with digital to achieve omni-distribution goals
* Produce and deliver reports of KPI progress to leadership team
