About the Job
We have a client that is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing who can help drive sales and marketing efforts to enhance company profitability. The ideal candidate would be a leader in revenue and margin growth initiatives, working closely with the Sales team. Develops strategic sales plans and supply chain partnerships to boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives for high performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecast performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions for informed decision-making.
- Utilize sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, while managing large teams.
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of competitive products and markets.
- Experience in sales, packaging, or paper industry preferred.
