- Competitive pay (Salary range of $67,000 to $73,000 annually base salary) - This is an exempt position (Not OT eligible)

- Proven track record in senior living sales (or related industry), preferably in the Severna Park Market
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a work-related environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Detail oriented, organized and motivated; with the ability to multitask, influence and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales tracking software and proficient in Microsoft Office with proven ability to learn systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Meet the community’s move-in and census goals each month by achieving monthly sales metrics including follow up calls, community presentations, professional sales calls, event planning and execution, and monthly lead conversion ratios; with timely CRM documentation.
- Give presentations to prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are pre-planned and executed to company standards, and brand and customer focused. Respond and follow up to inquiries in a positive and timely manner.
- Coordinate all aspects of move-ins, including ensuring room readiness, move in paperwork per state guidelines, new resident welcome process, furniture details, and all communication with responsible parties and team members involved.
- Collaborate and communicate with team effectively including ED for strategy, RCD for assessment/move in eligibility and other team members as needed to support the sales efforts of the community.
- Overall creation and execution of marketing strategies to include lead gen, business development, relationship building, events and campaigns; staying within community budgets.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face business development appointments to establish and maintain a strong network of qualified professional and agency referral sources.
- Train and coach fellow team members on how to assist in the sales process (i.e. tour training, phone training, inquiry intake, etc.)
