About the Role:
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and executing all aspects of our sales and marketing initiatives. From crafting innovative marketing strategies to building strong relationships within the community, your creativity and leadership will drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract older adults to our community
Collaborate with executive staff to optimize program offerings and pricing strategies
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals
Cultivate and maintain local partnerships to generate leads and expand our network
Utilize your exceptional communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and provide top-notch customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record in sales, with experience in closing leads and driving business growth
Previous experience in a senior living, hospitality, or healthcare environment is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools
