This is a direct hire position.
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $43,419 - $47,656 DOE
Location: Naples , FL
Experience: 1-2 Years of Marketing experience
Sales and Marketing Coordinator Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and a passion for driving growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. You will be entrusted with the crucial role of forming and leading a new sales & marketing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to craft a team from the ground up, setting the stage for nationwide success across the United States.Sales and Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities :
- The development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive company growth
- Build up a marketing team and work closely with them to create impactful campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Hire, train, lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Sales and Marketing Coordinator Education Requirements and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or experience in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
