About the Job
Renovo East Sales and Marketing Administrative Specialist with an emphasis on online reputation management is responsible for overseeing and enhancing a company's digital presence while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance the demands of sales support, marketing initiatives, and online reputation management to effectively promote and protect the company's brand in the digital space.
The Sales and Marketing Administrative Specialist should be prepared to contribute to a steady flow of support for on-going projects while also helping to address short-term requests that require a quick turnaround. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The coordinator will work closely with sales and marketing management, as well as members of the senior and executive staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Reputation & Social Media
- Monitor and analyze online content across various platforms, including social media, search engines, blogs, and forums
- Respond to positive and negative feedback, manage online reviews, and address potential crises
- Create and publish social media posts, blog content, and positive reviews to build trust
- Analyze online statistics and trends to identify potential reputation threats and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on company’s on-line reputation (reviews, customer comments, etc.)
Event Marketing
- Monitor website content, ensuring it is current and aligned with event marketing
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Field Marketing
- Update KPIs for event marketing including projecting monthly spends
- Submit contracts/certificates of insurance and payment requests
Sales
- Assist the sales leaders with monthly updates of KPIs and goals spreadsheet
- Produce monthly reports for reconciles for sales performance
Administrative
- Manage inventory/internal website for employee merchandise
- Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and company incentive trips/dinners
- Maintain office supplies for Headquarters and Wilmington office
- Support the CMO, VP of Sales, President and COO with administrative requests
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or related field.
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in improving online image through various media
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency in social listening tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Crisis management skills to handle reputation threats effectively
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
