Sales Manger & Administrative Support at Center for Human Reproduction

Ovaterra, a leader in reproductive health solutions, is looking for a Sales Manager & Administrative Support to join our team! Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners.
• Identify and onboard new wholesale partners to grow the business.
• Earn commission on all new wholesale partners.
• Attend conferences and events as an Ovaterra representative 

Administrative Support:

• Handle daily customer service tickets, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with logistical tasks, including managing operations between warehouses and shipping coordination.
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate reporting and availability.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• File bank chargebacks.

Proofreading & Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Provide monthly proofreading support for marketing and sales materials to ensure high-quality communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and sales reporting tools.
• Attention to detail for proofreading and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and familiarity with CRM or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness or the reproductive health industry is a bonus.
