RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and build team for North America
- Manage business and technical aspects of Tolling Agencies to meet quarterly and annual revenue and profit goals for North America.
- Driving, strategize and coordinate all sales aspects of opportunity development and sales revenues for North America of Company's Tolling systems
- Account and Customer Relationship Management
- Manage Sales Network to maintain accurate sales projections
- Revenue generation within North America working within network of Tolling Agencies
- Develop strong product knowledge and promote Company's solutions to a client base of Tolling Agencies; direct sales.
- Cultivate current customer relations and develop new customer relations
- Identify opportunities to increase value to assigned customers
- Research and follow-up on potential projects and sales leads
- Define strategy and approach for development of major opportunities
- Review and prepare sales solutions through quotations, bids, and proposals
- Conduct high level technical product presentations and demonstrations
- Work closely with technical sales team for detailed product demos and closing opportunities
- Work with technical sales, proposals, operations, and technology teams to write and assemble proposals in response to agency project advertisements.
- Participate at trade shows, conferences and local professional associations events
- Daily update of CRM with notes of visits and client and project updates
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years in traffic Tolling Systems and/or Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) domain
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong, proven, business development background in complex technology sales, managed services and integrated solutions
- A Doer-Seller with proven success selling Tolling Systems, high performance centralized video-based tolling software solutions within the North America tolling/transportation industry
- Managing and Building sales teams
- Producing and analyzing sales reports and KPIs
- Exposure to Application software, Software as a Service (SaaS) programs, and services.
- Success working with Agencies, Consultants, Integrators, Vendors and Competitors.
Salary
150,000 - 200,000 /year
