[Job Description]
Champion the promotion of OTELINOX stainless steel coils/strips within the North American market.
Conduct marketing activities by engaging in business discussions with both new and existing customers.
Act as a liaison between customers, the sales teams in Samsung's German and American offices, and the production facility in Romania.
Manage key accounts effectively to ensure long-term partnerships.
Proactively explore and develop new markets by reaching out to potential customers.
Prepare contracts and necessary documentation for business negotiations.
Handle customer orders, forecasts, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Facilitate payments and gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Strengthen after-sales support and follow up on orders.
Communicate market trends, customer requests, and insights to the team and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist in budgeting by planning monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and providing detailed sales reports.
[Qualifications]
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales or trading, ideally within the steel or metals sector (mill, service center).
Demonstrated attitude for growth and a willingness to learn.
Ability to collaborate effectively in an intercultural team environment.
Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently and for extended periods.
Residents of IL, CA, TX preferred, though not mandatory.
