About the Role
As a Sales Manager, your market development skills will directly contribute to expanding the reach of our sustainable specialty products, meeting the evolving needs of eco-conscious customers. You'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth while championing our sustainability vision by bringing cost-effective, environmentally-friendly solutions to the market.
About the Product:
Our food-grade specialty paper products are crafted from sustainably grown, unbleached virgin fibers, and provide the ideal raw material for the increasing demand in sustainable food packaging applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an import sales strategy to identify and acquire new customers and accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Meet sales targets set by management, including revenue and growth objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
- Resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, or customer complaints.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine the sales strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including Customer Service, Production, and Logistics—to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the paper industry.
- Established connections with Converters, Printers, and End Users.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
