An over 40-year stable recession durable machine shop operation in a state-of-the-art climate-controlled facility. They specialize in using automation, tech, and innovative manufacturing, casting, fabrication, and precision machining of aluminum components for various applications. Machining is their core competency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running, leading the process of managing customer demands and internal activities related to satisfying those requirements, which includes establishing priorities, schedule negotiations, continuous improvement, and production flow inhibitors. Driving and coordinating with Operations, QMS, practical contract decisions, forecasting, partnering, and driving planning for daily production, running meetings, and increasing production in the future.
Fosters cooperation among individuals and departments by sharing resources and information and working together to accomplish group goals.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in business management or sales/marketing, alternate eight years of relevant work experience
Proficient in drawing interpretation to include AS/ISO and EAR/ITAR requirements. ERP competence required.
