Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics

In this role, you will have an opportunity to drive revenue growth within a leading automation solutions provider. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying and securing new business while building strategic relationships in assigned markets. Ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in capital equipment sales, consumer electronics, and multi-process assembly solutions.

This is a full-time position, with excellent growth and compensation opportunities. While this is a remote position, please note that candidates MUST live in the San Francisco Bay Area to be considered for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the automation sector, establishing lasting client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers to align solutions with customer needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and attend industry events to build network connections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years in sales, preferably in automation solutions, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven experience in capital equipment, consumer electronics, and automation solution sales.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage projects with a client-focused approach.
• Skilled in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and strategic account management experience.
• The successful candidate MUST have a demonstrated ability to cold call prospective clients, with proven success.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
