What You'll Do as a Sales Manager:

We're looking for a dynamic, goal-driven leader to take charge of our sales operations and inspire a high-performing team. In this role, you will:

• Mentor and develop skilled HVAC Estimators
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Drive profitability, sales excellence, and customer satisfaction
• Set and achieve ambitious department goals while leading by example

• Salary + Performance-Based Incentive Plan - $105,000-$110,000 base salary + performance bonuses
  • Earning Potential: $140,000-$150,000+annually, based on performance and achieving team goals
