Job Summary:
At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! Main responsibility of this position will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business opportunities in North and South America.
Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets set by the management team
- Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities
- Grow business relationships with potential customers
- Collaborate internally to develop new products and services for customers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales or marketing manager
- Ability to communicate and present in front of all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- 3+ years of industry experience in nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or ingredients distribution companies
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, phytochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
