Sales Director / Sales Manager
We're looking for a Sales Director or Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Boston Seaport office.
At our company, we're dedicated to revolutionizing cloud storage solutions, and we need a passionate leader to guide our Account Management team. As the Sales Director or Manager, you'll oversee a team of 5 to 6 Account Managers, driving growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities within our most valued Cloud Storage accounts.
Your Role:
Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to exceed sales quotas and forecasted targets.
Utilize your expertise in SaaS, Cloud, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, or Security Software to contribute to our growth.
Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, emphasizing quality, customer satisfaction, and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing, forecasting, and tracking team metrics for account renewals, growth, and expansion revenue.
Coaching Account Managers to build and maintain long-term relationships with key business leaders.
Collaborating with partners to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Reviewing sales strategies and plans for premier accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively mentor and coach the team.
Skills and Experience:
4+ years of successful sales or business development experience in Software, SaaS, Storage, Security, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud.
2+ years of Team Leadership or Sales Management experience.
Strong presentation skills and experience with Salesforce.com reporting and pipeline management.
