Sales Manager - Women's Resort/Swimwear Brand (Fully Remote)
We are a dynamic and expanding Women's Resort/Swimwear brand in search of a Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives, with a primary focus on amplifying our presence across North America. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, cultivating customer relationships, and optimizing sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in driving sales growth by nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating new prospects.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our customer base and business channels.
Maintain strong partnerships with prominent retailers and boutiques, including but not limited to Bloomingdales, Shopbop, Saks, Neimans, FWRD, etc.
Foster collaboration between internal teams and sales representatives to develop comprehensive sales strategies and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of wholesale experience within the swim/resort industry, demonstrating a proven track record and a robust network of buyers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, to effectively leverage data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Direct managerial experience in overseeing sales representatives is highly desirable.
