Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will drive sales efforts for our bioplastic products in the United States market. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional visits to our manufacturing hubs in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all commercial activities in the US market, including prospecting, client meetings, and managing the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and value propositions to expand our market presence.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive recurring sales.
Prepare and manage the commercial budget, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research, to inform strategic decision-making.
Present weekly progress reports and contribute to strategic planning meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the plastics or packaging industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Location:
This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work, although occasional on-site visits to our manufacturing hubs in Houston, TX, will be required.
