Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our team's trajectory by mentoring and guiding new and less experienced Energy Independence Advisors. While you'll still be involved in selling solar solutions, your primary focus will be on nurturing advisors to excel in assisting homeowners with optimal solar solutions. Your leadership will be integral to elevating our company's standing in the solar energy market by enhancing advisor effectiveness and sales skills. You'll oversee final interview selections, onboard new team members, and manage performance, all critical to our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates.
Lead onboarding and training for Energy Independence Advisors to ensure team success.
Conduct residential solar consultations, maintaining a closing ratio of at least 30%.
Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies with company goals.
Foster a culture of success, philanthropy, and teamwork.
Adapt to dynamic sales needs to ensure exceptional customer service.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and vision.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience selling solar panel systems to residential customers.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience leading and mentoring sales professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to innovate sales practices.
Desire to develop and conduct trainings for energy advisors.
