Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to bolster and enhance our strategic sales objectives and performance. This role is pivotal in cultivating a culture of excellence, integrity, and optimism while delivering outstanding results. Key responsibilities include nurturing, developing, and retaining top Account Executives across the organization, and actively contributing to the formulation of sales strategies for both individual teams and all sales divisions within our company.
What You'll Do
Drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and optimism, fostering an environment where Account Executives surpass their potential.
Spearhead the development of strategic insights for the VP of Sales and other key stakeholders.
Provide coaching and guidance on best practices to drive sales growth at both individual and team levels.
Take ownership of individual, team, and organizational goals and targets.
Oversee functional leaders and leadership programs supported by the organization.
Maintain accountability for performance and adherence to standards among advisors.
Fulfill other duties as required, directed, or assigned.
Required Experience and Mindset
4 years of professional experience.
2+ years of sales management experience in a sales environment.
Preferably possess eCommerce knowledge.
Detail-oriented with outstanding written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates a robust understanding of situational leadership principles.
Proficient in Salesforce.
Proven track record of high performance and success across various fields and backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
