Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of sales experience in automation, manufacturing, or related fields.
Lead a portfolio of client accounts, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans; collaborate across departments to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional sales team, setting targets and driving performance through coaching and leadership.
Travel up to 30% to meet clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored sales strategies.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
