What You'll Do:
- Assist sales reps during more complex or difficult sales calls.
- Regularly participate in ride along to monitor the progress of new and existing sales reps.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop commercial sales reps.
- Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team.
- Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives.
- Review and approve proposals.
- Analyze and report pricing/sales and productivity reports.
- Maintain communication between Sales, Installation and Service departments.
What You'll Need:
- High School or Equivalent Experience
- 2-Years: Sales Management Experience
- 5-Years: Successful Experience in Outside Sales
- Prospecting Sales
- Build Customer Relationships
- Valid Driver's License
