Our client is a dynamic startup that specializes in building and managing remote development teams in Mexico and other nearshore locations. With a strong focus on IT and software engineering, contact centers, and legal services, they help businesses in the United States augment their teams efficiently and cost-effectively. Their client portfolio includes companies in healthcare, insurance, financial services, legal and technology sectors, with an emphasis on serving mid-sized to large enterprises.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our clients growth efforts in the United States. This is a remote position with a strong preference for this person to be located in CA, AZ or NV or Southwest border states. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development, a deep understanding of the nearshore and offshore outsourcing industry, and a strong network in the targeted sectors.
What youll do:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the client base in the United States.
- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare, insurance, financial services, and technology sectors, with a focus on mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Led and develop two inside Sales Development Representatives adding to this team as business grows.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of the nearshore and offshore outsourcing industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the targeted sectors and a demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
