Summary/Objective
Oversee and direct the strategic/tactical efforts of the Division and Sales Team to meet respective goals outlined by the Leadership Team.

- This is a salary position that requires the individual to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work and/or assign sales staff to coordinate and/or work trade shows.
- 3-5 trade shows annually – based upon historical show attendance.
- Coordinate with other Division Heads/Sales Director to meet overall company goals.
- Determine Product Margins to meet company wide business objectives.
- Fulfill the daily responsibilities of the role to embody the company’s Core Values

- Drive and develop strategic initiatives to meet divisional goals outlined by the Leadership Team.
- Effectively coach/manage a Sales Team to meet divisional goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage Sales Team
- Coordinate efforts to deliver success of strategic plans and meet divisional goals.
- Approve/Deny time off for Sales Team.
- Responsible for a team of 5-6 salesmen between two locations.
- Hiring/Termination as deemed necessary.
- Work in conjunction with HR Manager.
Physical Demands
- The job requires sitting/standing at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Physical requirements at trade shows of lifting up to 75lbs.
Travel
- Travel as necessary to meet divisional sales goals.
- Includes travel to/from trade shows.
- Includes travel to/from target customer accounts – regional and/or national travel.
Required Education & Experience
- Sales Management (at least 3 years)
- Sales Experience (at least 6 years)
- Associate’s degree or greater
