As a Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key customers and strategic accounts, understanding their evolving needs, and driving sales growth within the defense and military market segment. Leveraging internal technical resources, you will develop and present solutions that satisfy customer requirements and achieve margin targets. You will also conduct business development activities to expand revenue and margin within assigned markets and customers and acquire new customers.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions under limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of engineered components.
- Willingness to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum five years of related professional selling experience.
