Sales Manager - (Lubricants or E-Fluids)
Currently working with a company that specializes in lubricants and lube base oil that has a need for a Sales Manager to be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts throughout the entire product lifecycle and providing customer sales support. The Sales Manager will report progress on a regular basis to support business unit reporting on an ongoing basis.
Required:
- 10+ years of sales experience in a position into Lubricants business, OEM companies, or Tier1 NOT OEM Distributors or retail sales shops.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Must have transmission, axle, electric vehicle fluid and Shock absorber oils
Responsibilities:
- Recommend product solutions that align with customer objectives and the company’s value proposition to establish a competitive advantage
- Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support the company’s vision
- Coordinate commercial activities across the organization, including Engineering, Quality improvements, Quoting, Negotiating, and Reporting
- Manage economic analysis, data mining, and quotations by customers and products
