Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned territory
- Increase sales and profit margins
- Implement the company Sales Strategy
- Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business
- Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy
- Submit monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training
- Set sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned territory
- Develop and implement respective sales plans

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates of bachelors degree required
- 5+ years outside proven sales experience of an engineered product OR you must possess the technical expertise and the desire to move into a sales role
- Hydraulics / fluid power sales and/or technical experience
- This is a work from home role but must be willing to travel 2-3 days per week within assigned territory (you will be home on the weekends)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
