This role is pivotal to our growth and will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading our sales team to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of food/beverage manufacturing experience, a strong track record in Business Development, Account Management, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
4. Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
5. Reporting on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
6. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
7. Training and mentoring of sales team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
8. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
9. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
3. Demonstrable experience in business development, account management, and new business development.
4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
6. Demonstrable experience as a sales leader, with the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
7. Proven ability to position products against competitors.
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
11. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
