• Demonstrate a willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales.
• Previous roofing sales experience is advantageous but not necessary - we will provide comprehensive training to make you a Certified Roof Top Expert.
• Able to use personal vehicle for work.
• Have a laptop and cell phone.

• 8 Inspections performed in 1 week
• 100k in volume turned in (2 months) Total of 1 million TOTAL SALES
• RWU insurance curriculum 75% completed
• RWU management curriculum completed
• Mock Demo Final passed w/ Bill
• 2 Sales Meetings ran w/ supervision
• 3 Full reference pages
• 10 interviews conducted
• 2 recruits - producing 100k each month
• 2 customer disputes solved
