Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast
- Propose and pitch competitive solutions appropriate to the customer’s challenges
- Achieve assigned annual order intake and revenue targets
- Write annual sales plans for managed accounts and provide regular progress updates to the business
- Follow defined company processes and procedures throughout the sales cycle leveraging required business software
- Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments
- Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies & procedures) by attending relevant training and ongoing self-study
- 3 - 5 years of related & relevant Sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience
- Skilled in negotiation, uses effective listening & questioning
- Compliance with current sales process & systems
- Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities
- Understand how products & services are bundled to produce tailored CVP for customers
