Position Overview:

You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding service. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, proven sales experience, and a passion for home restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real estate agents, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home restoration, construction, or related industry.
