Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Focused engagement with all members of the team to make sure that they are supported and achieve a high level of success.
- Must be able to resolve both personnel and customers issues promptly and effectively.
- Clear understanding of strong cross-functional relationships and what they mean to manage a successful business.
- Develops and implements effective collaborative strategies to achieve expectations.
- Successfully executes all action plans and strategies to achieve the desired outcome.
- Possesses a strong business acumen to make sound decisions pertaining to the needs of the business including all aspects of P&L.
- Create and submit a monthly and annual sales plan based on market potential.
- Manage inside sales to ensure customer orders are entered and processed correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Implement and support corporate initiatives intended to achieve the corporate mission.
- Must be willing to complete sales call as needed with your direct reports
- Full responsibility for inside and outside sales for the branch.
- Responsible for department and direct reports are meeting and exceeding key KPI's
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required minimum 4 years of sales/operations and management experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or engineering.
- Management preferred but not required
- A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time”
- Technically knowledgeable of automation & Safety products, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and must be able to complete background check.
- Strong desire to WIN and dominate his/her market
