Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, aiming to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Leverage your negotiation skills to close deals and maintain the company's profitability.
- Use lead generation strategies to attract potential customers, nurturing these leads into long-term clients.
- Manage key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular sales forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the furniture industry.
