As the Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market presence. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional sales management; you’ll be a catalyst for collaboration, harnessing software capabilities, and unlocking team potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Marketing Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance marketing strategies.
- Industrial Automation Expertise: Leverage your understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate sales teams toward common goals.
- Effective Communication: Present data effectively, provide candid input, and drive improvements.
- ISO 9001 Compliance: Demonstrate adherence to ISO 9001 standards in daily work activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications (strong Excel skills mandatory).
